2. Optimal level of protection; 

3. Exposed individual dose limits. 

International Basic Safety Standards dose limits are: 

5-year average dose limit (mSv / year) the value of any one year (mSv / year) 

Occupational exposure 2050 public exposure 15 

Note: China will issue a standard equivalent to international basic safety standards.
